I can't be happier with Louis. Please do not hesitate to spend the money to get a termite /pest inspection, better safe then sorry! It's very low cost anyway. Louis is HONEST & that unfortunately is not always the case. I was pleased to know he did NOT find termites. He could have easily lied & moreover he could have said i needed a spot treatment & he didnt take advantage of me at all!
